<p>Sure it looks weird, but then again, it could just be some very high tech aircraft sporting some very high tech technology that can create such an effect in the sky.</p>
<p>I do believe there are a lot of high tech stuff out there which are the result of clandestine government research all this while. Entirely possible.</p>
<p>Another rational possibility is they are <a href="http://weatherthings.com/holepunch.html"><strong>hole punch clouds</strong></a>.</p>
