According to John Teece-Millington, he spotted a girl carrying a teddy bear and walking along a road on a cold and dark night. Worried for her safety, he called the police. A search was mounted for the girl, but there was no trace of her at all, and no missing person’s report was lodged at all.

Mr Millington believes that the girl is probably a ghost! Well, since it is in England, I’m not surprised at all. The UK has the reputation for being one of the most haunted nations on the face of the earth.
