Chihuahua dog blown away by wind and reunited with owners

A chihuahua dog was blown away by a strong gust of wind but thankfully found again and reunited with her owners. Pint sized Tinker Bell who only weighs 6 pounds was carried off by 70 mph winds in Watford Township, near Detroit, while standing on a platform at her owner’s outdoor flea market stall.
