Tips to get a new pet adjusted in your home

If the animal doesn’t adjust well, it will likely fall ill and die. So, getting your new pet adjusted as soon as possible is crucial.

Chihuahua dog blown away by wind and reunited with owners

Pint sized Tinker Bell who only weighs 6 pounds was carried off by 70 mph winds in Watford Township, near Detroit, while standing on a platform at her owner’s outdoor flea market stall. A duck who behaves like a dog

A toad and a koi
Posted on March 11th, 2009 No commentsAwww. Just two pics that I thought were cute. A tired (maybe lazy) toad hitches a ride on a koi carp fish, almost blocking its view. But I think the koi carp doesn’t mind too much.

Longest living animal species
Posted on February 26th, 2009 No commentsThe ocean quahog (Arctica islandica) is the longest living animal species currently known to man. In 2006 and 2007, some specimens were caught of the coast of Iceland and they were found to be 400 years old! Well, actually all these ocean animals are very long lived. Even lobsters can live for more than 100 years.

Chimp rips off womans face
Posted on February 20th, 2009 No commentsA chimpanzee, supposely domesticated and tame, attacked a woman and ripped her face off! The 15 year old, 90kg male chimp named Travis was the longtime pet of Sandra Herold, but he went just berserk and started attacking Sandra’s visiting friend Charla Nash.
Police in Stamford released tapes with Sandra’s frantic calls for help, and the chimp’s grunts can be heard in the background, with Sandra pleading, “Hurry, please! He ripped her face off.” Read the rest of this entry »
