Man does not bath for 35 years

A man in Varanasi, India who was desperate to get a son after having 7 daughters has not bathed for 35 years in the belief that it would help him get a son.

Kailash “Kalau” Singh, 63, even refused to dip in the Ganges River as was the custom, when his brother died five years ago, outraging his family.

“I still don’t remember how it all began,” he said.

“I just know it started about 35 years ago.”

Even his grocery store had to close, when all his customers stopped shopping there due to his “unclean personality,” forcing him to take up another job tilling fields near the Varanasi airpot.

“I’ll end this vow only when all problems confronting the nation end,” he said, saying it was a “commitment to the national interest.”

I just think he must smell, from a mile away….
